What we collect and why
When you send a request through the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give it, and your message, together with the service or market you selected. We use these details to answer your request and, if you place an order, to carry out the shipment. The demurrage calculator runs in your browser; what you enter there is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep requests that do not lead to an order for no longer than necessary to follow them up. Data that belongs to a shipment is kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and customs records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties that need it to carry out your shipment, such as carriers, customs brokers and agents, and with the providers that host this website and our email. Those providers process the data on our instructions.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies and browser storage that are needed for it to work, for example to show the opening animation only on your first visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Send your request to [email protected]. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
