How we work
From first contact to delivered cargo in six steps: orientation, planning, documents, customs, transport and aftercare. Single point of contact throughout.
Step 1
Orientation
You get in touch by email, form or telephone. We ask the right questions: what are you shipping, from where to where, when, and which Incoterms apply.
Step 2
Planning and quotation
We propose the most efficient and economical routing, with the risks carefully weighed. You receive a clear quotation.
Step 3
Document check
Once you confirm the order we make sure all paperwork for export and import is complete and correct: waybills, customs documents and, where applicable, inspection reports and certificates of origin. With food we agree the documentary requirements with your supplier at loading.
Step 4
Customs handling
We direct the customs handling through our customs brokers and start early, so your cargo can be loaded or released without delay and demurrage is avoided.
Step 5
Transport and coordination
Your cargo is on its way. We coordinate carriers, loading and delivery addresses, and keep you and your customer informed as we go.
Step 6
Delivery and aftercare
Your cargo has been delivered. We take care of the invoicing and remain available for questions on documentation, payments or follow up shipments.
