Transport for governments and institutions

  • Direct with embassies and bases

  • Central banks and the minting industry

  • Exemptions, waivers and customs procedures

The transport is the easy part
With government clients the work is rarely in the transport itself. A tax exemption has to be applied for, a local agent appointed, and gate access arranged with driver names and number plates submitted a week in advance. We deal directly with the client and with the representatives who run the customs procedures, so no party sits in between passing arrangements on.
  • Consolidation

Shipments from different suppliers are combined into one delivery, with one customs clearance and one arrival on site.

  • AE302 or T1

Which procedure applies depends on the route and on who runs the clearance. We set the movement up accordingly.

  • Discretion

We name no clients, routes or cargo details. Those who engage us read nothing about it afterwards.
