Registrations and authorisations for importers and exporters

  • BRS number and AGRIM

  • Customs representation

  • For EU importers too

Arranged before the cargo leaves
Before you can import or export, a few things have to be in place. An importer from another EU member state cannot simply import through the Netherlands, and rice and other agricultural products require separate registrations. We apply for these on your behalf, so a shipment does not stall on something that could have been arranged in advance.
  • Registration at RVO

We apply for the BRS number and arrange the AGRIM authorisation. Allow one to two weeks, so start early.

  • Representation

Direct representation for import and export. For importers from other EU countries, limited fiscal representation as well. Usually in place within a few working days.

  • What you arrange

You apply for your EORI number and TRACES registration yourself. We tell you which ones you need.
