How we work

From first contact to delivered cargo

Step 1

Orientation

You get in touch by email, form or telephone. We ask the right questions: what, from where to where, when, and under which Incoterms.

Step 2

Documents and customs

We check that the paperwork is complete and correct, and direct customs handling through our brokers, early.

Step 3

Transport and delivery

We coordinate carriers and addresses, keep you informed and remain available afterwards.
